SALMON BROOK POND HOUSE
Granby, Connecticut
To support its growing population, the town of Granby, Ct underwent an expansion of the waterfront facilities at their popular town park. Designed to host events, staff for summer campers, sports teams, and visitors to the man-made pond, the building had certain size requirements that made a pre-fabricated log building the best choice economically.
DiBattisto Associates engineered the mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems as well as the foundation necessary to support the pre-fab structure, according to contract documentation.
